Scholz, who played football at Wisconsin-Eau Claire from 2002–03, was also a national level powerlifter at the 275-pound class. He earned his bachelor’s degree in exercise fitness from Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 2004, and went on to earn his master’s degree from Utah State in health, physical education and recreation in 2008.
Former Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Boston Celtics
Bryan Doo just wrapped up his 14th season as the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Boston Celtics and has consulted and trained various NHL, EPL, Olympic and elite athletes. He also served as the Wellness Director at the Harvard Business School from 1998–2001, and a coach at Harvard University.
Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Minnesota Vikings
Mark currently leads the Vikings as Head Strength and Conditioning Coach. Prior to Minnesota he spent the past nine seasons with the San Francisco 49ers, highlighted by the club’s run to three consecutive NFC Championship Games and an appearance in Super Bowl XLVII against Baltimore.
Coordinator of Nutrition, San Francisco 49ers
Jordan oversees all nutrition related services for athletes and football operations for the San Francisco 49ers football team. He leads all aspects of food and nutrition for the sports nutrition program and enhance performance and recovery through optimal nutrition. He works closely with the Strength and Conditioning Staff and Sports Medicine team on all aspects of athlete care, nutrition, and recovery.
