I really like how well this product dissolves. Knowing I can add it to coffee is a bonus, although I prefer mixing a scoop in my juice.
Rather than sending the containers monthly it would be great if a more disposable friendly package could be used to fill subscriptions; I live on an island and plastic is a landfill concern.
I feel less brain fog after a month of daily use and like that the supplement does not interfere with my appetite so that I can continue to eat healthy complete meals of real food. I also use the protein powder. Both products taste "clean".

Been taking for over 7 months now. My plan was to start exercising when I began taking it, but I haven’t done anything beyond very sporadic squats with zero weight or barbell. I will say I think my physique looks pretty good considering the lack of exercise. Full disclosure, in addition to taking creatine, whey protein and omega 3 I have been eating very sensibly during the week (while splurging on fast food on the weekends at times), so that probably also has contributed to looking decent.
