  • How do I change or update my order?

    Once an order is placed, you have 60 minutes to make changes to your order. You can change your address, add additional products, subtract products, or even cancel your order.

    You can do so by utilizing one of the following methods:

    Click the "View My Order" button in your order confirmation email. Or Click on the "Track your Order" link in your order history page, and then selecting "Edit your order" link.

    After 60 minutes, your order has started the fulfillment process and is unable to be changed. We move as fast as possible to get your product(s) to you as soon as possible. If an order is placed for a product that is out of stock, or on backorder and you'd like to cancel, please contact us.

    For all future subscription orders, you can modify, change, or update any future order through your account by logging in and clicking on 'Subscriptions'.

  • How do I manage my subscription?

    You have total control over your subscription. You can add or remove products, change an upcoming shipment, adjust frequency, update billing/shipping info, and more.

    Simply login and click on "manage subscriptions" and edit your plan as you wish.

  • How do I cancel my order?

    Once an order is placed, you have 60 minutes to cancel your order. Click "View My Order" on your order confirmation email and then "Edit you order". Scroll down to the bottom, and click "Cancel Order".

    After 60 minutes, your order has started the fulfillment process and is unable to be changed. We move as fast as possible to get your product(s) to you as soon as possible. If an order is placed for a product that is out of stock, or on backorder and you'd like to cancel, please contact us.

  • When will my order be processed?

    Orders are processed Monday through Friday 6AM-10PM PST and may take up to 48 hours to be processed. You can always track the status of your order and get any tracking updates by logging into your account and visiting the 'Order History' page.

    If you're needing to make changes to an order, you have 60 minutes from the time an order is placed to do so via order confirmation page.

    After 60 minutes, your order has started the fulfillment process and is unable to be changed. We move as fast as possible to get your product(s) to you as soon as possible. If an order is placed for a product that is out of stock, or on backorder and you'd like to cancel, please contact us.

    For all future subscription orders, we send a notification 3 days before your order is scheduled. Be sure to modify, change, or update any future order through your account by logging in here and clicking on 'Subscriptions'. Our subscription orders follow the same time frames listed above.

  • How do I track my order?

    You can track any order with us by first logging into your account. Once logged in, click on "Order History" and "Track your Order". If you don't see the order that you're trying to track, it is likely that one of two things occurred. Either the order that was placed utilizing a different or misspelled email address, or there wasn't an account created at the time that the order was placed.

    If you didn't create an account at the time that you placed the order, you can still manage your order on our website by creating an account with the same email address that was tied to your order.

  • What is your returns policy?

    As we deal primarily in consumable products with the highest standard of quality and testing, we do not accept returns once they have left our supply chain, or have been delivered. This is to ensure that we can maintain our high standard from production to consumption. Once a product is delivered, we no longer control the products environment or the contents of each container—as a result have no use for any product upon receiving a return.

    Once an order is placed, you have 60 minutes to be able to make any changes to your order—including cancellation. You can make those changes via order confirmation page. After that 60 minutes, any in stock product will begin the fulfillment process and no changes requests can be completed.

  • What is your refund policy?

    We stand by all of our products with a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. If you should find for any reason that you are not satisfied, within 30 days of your product(s) being delivered, please contact us. We're always here and keen to help.

    Please note that shipping charges, and sample sets are non-refundable.
