    I use the magnesium L-threonate regularly every night (3 capsules). I track my sleep on my oura ring and garmin watch. These trackers do show consistent deep sleep and quantity of deep sleep has shown an improvement since I started using Mag L-threonate

    This high-quality magnesium helps beidge the gap between my daily nutritional magnesium theough food and what i really need. I train 5-6 days per week so i need to replace electrolytes everyday. This also helps me sleep especially paired with calcium about an hour before bed.
