My blood tests don’t say I need vitamin D supplements but at my age and activity level it “doesn’t hurt” (from my doctors point of view).
She suggested 1000 IU daily for me. You can buy 1000 IU if you look hard enough but with my subscription at Momentous it’s easy so I take one every other day. Can’t find anywhere that says you have to take it daily.
