100% Plant Protein

100% Plant Protein

Foundational & Performance

Here’s how to ensure you get the most out of your 100% Plant Protein:

Essential Info

How Much To Take:

  • Take 1 scoop with 12-14 fluid ounces of preferred liquid, as needed, to reach your optimal daily protein intake.
  • The latest research suggests consuming 0.8 to 1.2 grams of protein per pound of body weight daily, depending on your fitness goals and activity level.

When To Take:

  • Any time of day, any time you want or need protein.
  • You’ll find conflicting information about the timing of protein around workouts, especially dependent on gender or goals.
  • The best rule of thumb is to just focus on your total protein intake for the day, and don’t stress about timing.
  • If you’re interested in recovery benefits, then prioritize taking it post-workout.
  • You can absolutely use your Plant Protein in baked goods, pancakes, really anything where you want to add protein content.

To Ensure You Get Results:

  • Take your Plant Protein every day, not just on days you exercise. Protein is an important daily macro – not just a workout aid.
  • Protein is a fundamental building block of muscle tissue, enzymes, hormones, and neurotransmitters, meaning it’s involved in nearly everything your body does.

What Results To Expect

Most people need about 2-4 weeks of supplementation for noticeable improvements to be felt. The exact timing depends on factors like activity level and overall diet.

Reviews Summary
Customers say this plant-based protein powder offers exceptional taste and smooth texture without chalkiness. Many reviews mention the chocolate flavor as rich and decadent, while the vanilla spice variety receives praise for its unique chai-like taste. Common feedback includes excellent digestibility, with users reporting no stomach upset compared to other protein powders. The powder mixes well in water, coffee, smoothies, and oatmeal. Most appreciate the clean ingredient profile and third-party testing. However, some find certain flavors too sweet due to stevia content, and one reviewer noted concerns about the thick, gloopy texture of the cappuccino flavor.

    Great taste!

This protein powder taste great and does not have the chalky, clumpy consistency that some other protein powders have. It’s the only protein powder that I have tried that does not upset my stomach so huge personal win there. Only downside that I have found is the $$$$, but such is the nature of quality products.

    Love this plant based powder

This is the choice for affordability, taste, nutrition content, and overall ingredient transparency. I’ve tried vanilla spice and chocolate and love them both equally. I primarily use it for my overnight oats post workout. I’m happy to have found a well rounded plant based protein powder without junk that fuels my training and my well-being. Thank you!

L-Glutamine

L-Glutamine is a critical building block of the body supporting protein synthesis, providing energy to cells, and helping aid in muscle growth and repair. Early research also shows it may help maintain a healthy gut microbiome by supporting gut mucosal lining and integrity while reducing inflammation.*

L-Glutamine is a conditionally essential amino acid that plays a critical role in muscle repair, immune function, and gut health. It’s the most abundant amino acid in the body and becomes especially important during times of physical stress, intense training, or illness. This supplement helps support post-exercise recovery by reducing muscle breakdown, maintaining gut lining integrity, and fueling immune cells. It’s an ideal addition for athletes, endurance trainers, or anyone focused on performance and recovery from the inside out.
