Our Sales and Returns Policy

 The following Sales and Returns Policy is also part of the Terms of Service, available at www.livemomentous.com/pages/terms.

 

Sales

You may be charged local tax, if applicable. Sales tax will be determined by the shipping address of the order and will automatically be added to the order.  Prices and availability of all products are subject to change without notice.

If your payment method is declined, we will attempt to process your charge until the transaction is approved. If we are unable to complete the transaction, we may contact you directly to update your account information.  We are not responsible for any fees or charges that your bank or credit card issuer may apply.

Although every attempt is made to maintain inventory on all of our products, there's a small chance that supply may not always keep up with demand. In this event, you will receive an email letting you know of your credit amount due to the out of stock item.  We cannot hold pre-authorizations for an extended period of time and therefore any out of stock items will be cancelled from the order. We only charge for the items shipped.

You will be notified of upcoming shipments of your recurring orders and given an opportunity to manage or change your subscription at any time.  We will also remind you if we attempt to charge your card on a recurring order and it was declined for any reason.

 

Returns

 

Our goal is to make sure you are completely satisfied with the items you order and your experience with our products and services. If you are dissatisfied we want to know.  Depending on the timing and reason for the requested return and the condition of the product, there may be several options available to you.

  • If you would like to return an unopened product for any reason, we can either issue a refund to your method of payment, or we can apply an in-store credit to your account that you can use towards a future purchase. Please note, additional limitations may apply as we review your request. The refund issued or in-store credit applied is for the price of the product only and does not include any expedited shipping fees.
  • If a product you receive is damaged during shipment, arrives after its expiration date, or is not what you ordered, we can send a replacement product and provide a prepaid return label to retrieve the item.
  • If you would like to return a product that you’ve opened, we reserve the right to handle the situation on a case by case basis.

 

Refunds and exchanges will only be issued for products purchased at www.livemomentous.com.

 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise.

 

Our returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If more than 30 days have gone by since delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return, credit or exchange.

 

To complete your return if eligible, we require proof of purchase.

 

Refunds

 

If you would like to receive a refund for any reason, please contact us at help@livemomentous.com. Refunds will be issued by us in our sole discretion.  There are certain situations where partial or no refund maybe granted.  Without limitation, some examples include, any item that is not in its original condition, is not in its original packaging, or is damaged or otherwise missing parts of the order for reasons not due to our error or any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a reasonable period of time.   If the original account is closed, or if the card used has expired, we will issue you a store credit.

 

If you haven’t received a refund after receiving an email notification or more than fifteen (15) days after shipping the item to us, first check your account statement and recent transactions. If you don’t see the refund, then please contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is posted. Next contact your bank. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at help@livemomentous.com.

 

Return Shipping

 

To return your product, you will need to request a return by filling out a request to return (URL) or email your original order confirmation along with a request to return to help@livemomentous.com.  Once we have authorized your return we will email you instructions and a return order number.   You will send your item to: Momentous - 3750 Hempland Rd, Suite #2 Mountville, PA 17554.

 

To speed up the returns process, please return the product along with a copy of your order confirmation receipt to Momentous - 3750 Hempland Rd, Suite #2 Mountville, PA 17554 on the address label. Returns sent to a different address will not be accepted.  When returning an item, we highly recommend using a shipping method that provides tracking information to help ensure its arrival. We are not responsible for the amount of time it takes for an item to be returned to our facility or if the item is lost or damaged during the return process.

 

We provide return shipping labels for products that were shipped incorrectly (i.e., wrong item delivered), defective or damaged items, products that arrive after the expiration date, or at our discretion. We cannot issue return labels for issues with taste or lack of results from a product.  The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping when returning these items.  To request a return shipping label, or for more information about our return or refund procedures, please email help@livemomentous.com

 

Once we have received the product and the return has been processed, we can issue the refund or provide you with the www.livemomentous.com credit to your account.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

 

We only replace certain items if they are defective or damaged.  These items are determined in our sole discretion and can change from time to time. We love the products we’ve made, and think you will too. If, after you’ve tried our product a few times and you find that you're unhappy for any reason, just let us know so that we can help you within 30 days of receipt for a refund.
