I started this supplement after bloodwork showed I am low in vitamin d, which I found weird as I live in Florida and I’m outside so much. I am taking two of these a day for the next 12 weeks then going to one a day if my results are where the need to be for maintenance. I take this the same time in the morning as my omega and biotin. I take it with water right after breakfast as I read it’s better with food for better absorption.
