TrueMed is a payment tool that allows health and wellness brands to accept HSA/FSA funds. Think of them as the Paypal for HSA/FSA. They partner with leading health and wellness brands, like Momentous, to facilitate the payment and reimbursement of HSA/FSA funds toward qualified health and wellness purchases.

How it works
Using your HSA and FSA funds towards your Momentous supplements is easy.
Here is a step-by-step guide to walk you through one-time and subscription orders:
For One-Time Purchases:
- Step 1:
Add products to your cart, making sure to click “one-time purchase”. - Step 2:
At Checkout, under Payment, click “TrueMed- Pay with HSA/FSA”. - Step 3:
Enter your HSA/FSA card details. - Step 4:
After you complete your purchase, take the survey to determine your eligibility. - Step 5:
In a few business days, the TrueMed Concierge will contact you about eligibility and provide instructions for receiving reimbursement from your HSA/FSA administrator.
For Subscription Purchases:
- Step 1:
Add products to your cart making sure to select “Subscribe & Save” option. - Step 2:
At checkout, pay with your normal credit or debit card. - Step 3:
After you complete your purchase, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a survey inside. - Step 4:
Complete the survey to determine your eligibility. - Step 5:
In a few business days, the TrueMed Concierge will contact you about eligibility and provide instructions for receiving reimbursement from your HSA/FSA administrator.

Yes, for one- time purchase simply select Truemed as your payment option at checkout and use your FSA or HSA card as you would any other credit card. For subscription purchase, after purchase submit your request for reimbursement.
Yes. If you prefer to use your regular credit card, Truemed will send you instructions on how to submit for reimbursement from your HSA/FSA administrator.

In some cases, Truemed’s provider team will require additional time to issue a letter of medical necessity based on the needs associated with an individual qualification survey.
