    Help, i can't fall asleep at night! Oh wait, now i can with L-Theanine

    I've been struggling with sleep for a couple of years through peri-menopause and now menopause. It could take me hours most nights to fall asleep at night. I have tried everything from limiting screen time and caffeine, taking a magnesium supplement, over the counter and prescription strength sleep aids and my favorite from a health coach was eat turkey before bed for the sleepy properties of tryptophan. None of these inherently helped me fall asleep. Within a week of using L-Theanine I was falling asleep faster than I have for a couple of years. I'm a fan!
