    Protein supplements I have tried and most have left me feeling bloated after a while. I was reading Arnold's daily email, and this was recommended. I compared it to others and this one seemed to come out on top, kind of pricey but I am glad I tried it. On my second batch and I can tell you from my experience it goes down smooth and I haven't felt bloated. Seems really clean and easily digested. I will be ordering more.

    So far so good!

    I’ve taken this trio for 2 weeks today. I can’t tell a lot of difference in the way I feel but appreciate that he creatine isn’t causing gas or the boating feeling that often is experienced when taking this supplement. I do notice a slight increase in my focus & memory.
