Essential Info
Here’s how to ensure you get the most out of your Women’s Three™.
AM:
- Iron+:
Take one capsule in the morning. - Should you take it with food?
Iron is best absorbed on an empty stomach because your stomach acid enhances its absorption. However, it can cause gastrointestinal upset in some individuals. To address this, we added Vitamin C to enhance absorption, so feel free to take it with food if you’d like.
We also recommend to avoid taking iron supplements with milk, caffeine, or foods containing phytates. Avoid taking Iron with Calcium or dairy, as they can interfere with absorption.
PM:
- Calcium:
Take one capsule in the evening. Because Iron and Calcium compete for absorption in your body, they need to be taken at least 3 hours apart from each other. - Should you take it with food?
It can be taken with or without food, as it does not require stomach acid for absorption. We use dicalcium malate, which is a well-absorbed form of Calcium that provides higher bioavailability with less risk of digestive discomfort.
- Vitamin D3:
Take one capsule in the evening. You do not need to take this Vitamin D3 with a meal or a fat source, because we already included extra virgin olive oil as a fat source for optimal absorption.
- The schedule recommended above is based on science. Unlike many multi-vitamins, The Women’s Three delivers targeted nutrients in clinically effective doses. The AM/PM schedule is designed to match your body’s natural rhythm and support energy, immunity, and bone health at optimal times of the day.
- The Women’s Three™ works best when taken daily. Maintaining a steady intake of these important nutrients is essential for optimal results.
- Be diligent about taking your Calcium at least 3 hours away from Iron, as they compete for absorption in your body.
What Results To Expect
Consistency in your routine – taking The Women’s Three™ daily! – helps speed up the benefits. Skipping days will slow your progress.
