Omega-3 fatty acids are long-chain polyunsaturated fatty acids that support biological processes such as the inflammatory response, metabolism, and brain function.† They are considered essential fatty acids because the human body cannot make them. Eicosapentaenoic Acid (EPA) and Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA) are two of the three Omega-3 fatty acids and are found in high concentrations in fish oil. Alpha-GPC

What It Is
Alpha-glycerophosphocholine, or Alpha-GPC, is a choline-containing phospholipid that is metabolized into choline and glycerol-1-phosphate when ingested. Notably, choline is a precursor of acetylcholine, a neurotransmitter involved in memory, attention, and skeletal muscle contraction.†
Why It Works

What It Is
